Hi! I’m Jen, and I graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2007. For over a decade I have worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients with complaints from head to toe. In 2018 I completed pelvic health training through Herman and Wallace and ...

Jennifer is truly an amazing clinician. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very passionate. I saw her shortly after having my first born and within 5 sessions I felt tremendous improvements. Also, Jen is very flexible; I had to bring my newborn to few of the sessions, which I expected to be a total disaster. Instead, Jen instinctively incorporated him into our sessions and was able to give me advice on how to move safely and ergonomically while constantly picking, bending and carrying a baby. I would highly recommend her!

Jennifer has been an absolute godsend for me throughout my second pregnancy! I came to her at 28 weeks and was barely able to walk due to SI joint pain from a recent injury. Her warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. She was so gentle in her initial assessments and made a treatment plan for me that helped ease my pain and strengthen my body. Because of her, I am no longer in pain! She also offers postpartum care, which I will definitely be scheduling soon! She was always available for me to contact her via phone and email, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for a kind, intelligent, and thorough Pelvic Floor Specialist, look no further!

Jen is an absolutely amazing PT and person! She takes the time to listen, REALLY listen to your issues, asks thoughtful questions, and comes up with an achievable care plan going forward. Jen can make some really awkward situations feel normal and is empowering in leading others to believe that women's health is a priority. She is always encouraging and realizes that small improvements ARE improvements. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgable about her craft and so patient. She will work with you until you are satisfied with the outcome. I cannot recommend her enough!

You ARE worthy!

My mission and passion is to provide women the care and education they deserve throughout the different phases of their lives- including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

Prevention and education are key to overall wellness!  I want to empower you with knowledge of how your body works and what you can do to improve your function and quality of life!  And when issues arise such as urinary leakage, urinary frequency/urgency, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sex, pain during pregnancy- I am here to help!

I utilize a variety of techniques to tailor your sessions to best fit your individual needs and goals! Treatments may include a combination of strengthening and corrective exercise prescription, body mechanics/postural education, hands on techniques, soft tissue work, biofeedback, and relaxation techniques.

I am an out of network provider with insurance companies.  This way, I am able to prioritize my focus on YOU and provide one-on-one care at every session.  My focus is on whole person wellness- not just the problematic body part.

I’d be honored to assist you along your journey to wellness while you discover your own body’s potential.
