Jennifer is truly an amazing clinician. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very passionate. I saw her shortly after having my first born and within 5 sessions I felt tremendous improvements. Also, Jen is very flexible; I had to bring my newborn to few of the sessions, which I expected to be a total disaster. Instead, Jen instinctively incorporated him into our sessions and was able to give me advice on how to move safely and ergonomically while constantly picking, bending and carrying a baby. I would highly recommend her!

I worked with Jennifer in my third trimester and following the birth of my daughter. Not only is she supremely knowledgeable, she is exceedingly thoughtful and caring. Jennifer listens. Really listens. She truly believes that all of her clients can have a better tomorrow and she is committed to helping facilitate lasting change. I felt safe in her care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any woman who is in need of support.

Several of my trusted providers had recommended that I see Jen since I was having issues with pain after giving birth to my daughter. I am beyond grateful for the care I received from her. She listens and provides detailed explanations, which helped me immensely. I always felt extremely comfortable. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. She truly cares for your well being and will offer you the best individual treatment for your situation and provide you with resources that will aide in your recovery. I would highly recommend her!

You ARE worthy!

My mission and passion is to provide women the care and education they deserve throughout the different phases of their lives- including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

Prevention and education are key to overall wellness!  I want to empower you with knowledge of how your body works and what you can do to improve your function and quality of life!  And when issues arise such as urinary leakage, urinary frequency/urgency, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sex, pain during pregnancy- I am here to help!

I utilize a variety of techniques to tailor your sessions to best fit your individual needs and goals! Treatments may include a combination of strengthening and corrective exercise prescription, body mechanics/postural education, hands on techniques, soft tissue work, biofeedback, and relaxation techniques.

I am an out of network provider with insurance companies.  This way, I am able to prioritize my focus on YOU and provide one-on-one care at every session.  My focus is on whole person wellness- not just the problematic body part.

I’d be honored to assist you along your journey to wellness while you discover your own body’s potential.
