    Why wait? Knowledge and prevention are priceless! Learn about how to improve your posture, body mechanics, connect to your pelvic floor and core BEFORE issues arise.

    Pregnant? My Bump to Birth wellness package is for you! You’ll learn about how to stay active throughout pregnancy and connect to your pelvic floor. We will review laboring positions, breathing and pushing techniques. You’ll also learn about how to begin caring for yourself in the early postpartum phase, and have a follow up visit with me after baby!

  • Bowel and Bladder

    Bower and bladder issues are very common but it’s unnecessary to accept them as normal!

    Pelvic PT can help address issues such as:

    Urinary/fecal leakage (incontinence)

    Urinary/fecal urgency (needing to go NOW)

    Urinary/fecal frequency (going too often)

    Overactive bladder (OAB)
